- A complex floral-woody incense fragrance inspired by the transformation of Emperor Ashoka. It opens green, watery, and slightly sharp with lotus, rose, water hyacinth, fig leaf, and parsley before moving into an ornate heart of osmanthus, cassie, iris, incense, jasmine sambac, fig milk, geranium, and ylang-ylang. The drydown is deep and meditative, with myrrh, fir balsam, sandalwood, cedar, vetiver, leather, vanilla, styrax, and ambergris giving the fragrance a soft but serious spiritual warmth.
